PRINCIPAL, MULTIFAMILY HOUSING DEVELOPMENT - The ideal candidate will have 10+ years in the affordable housing industry and understand all aspect of finance, capital markets,  There is no relocation requirement. 

PARTNER, RESURUANT CONCEPT DEVELOPMENT - The ideal candidate will have been involved with a regional or national fine dining concept in executive management, interested in developing the restaurant of the future.  There is no relocation requirement. 

ANALYST, REAL ESTATE DEVELOPMENT - The ideal candidate is recent graduate in Finance or MBA or equivalent interested in a ground floor opportunity to learn and ultimately lead there own projects.  There is no relocation requirement.
