Lodging

What a difference a year makes.  The Lodging industry started the year with so much promise, but the strong economy and consumer insatiable desire for travel was no match for the global pandemic.  Now the industry faces a dark reality of historic vacancy and a likely slow rebound that could take years to recover.  The CEH team sees possiblity and opportunity amongst the chaos.   We are focused on tech driven, locally sustainable lodging properties in the not so obvious markets.
